Returns/Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is our #1 Priority and that is why we offer professional designers advice as well as fabric swatches on most of our bedding. Most of our collections are designer exclusive lines developed especially for our group or custom made designs, therefore we are no able to accept returns. Damaged merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. Premium Bedding makes fabric samples available to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your décor. Color swatches are available for most of our collections. A credit card is required to process your request for samples, although charges will not be assessed if samples are returned within two weeks. After reviewing samples please return them back to us. Due to high demand for our samples, Premium Bedding will charge a $49 for each sample set not returned to us within two weeks.
Shipping Policy / Insurance Policy
In most instances please allow 14-20 days for delivery of our standard bedding. For custom-made bedding please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some custom bedding may take longer depending on level of customization. For more detail delivery information please read product description. Shipping insurance provided by shipping carrier ensures full protection against damage, loss, etc. Please note: if you decline insurance most carriers such as UPS will ONLY insure a package for a flat rate of $99.
For Example: It cost exactly the same to ship $499 bed as it costs to ship $5000.000 customs bedding. This is why its so important to have your product insured for its full value. Shipping insurance is optional as offered by a 3rd party carrier but up most recommended. PremiumBedding.com is not liable for damage or lost items by carrier if proper insurance is not purchased.

All payments must be settled in full prior to shipping. Your credit card is only authorized and only charged when items ship out. Please read following exceptions: Some check card institutions may not allow authorization and require full charge in advance. Quick ship items are charged at the time of order. All shipping rates are only valid within mainland of US. HI or AK residents please email for a shipping quote. For shipping outside of US please email sales@premiumbedding.com.
