Q: Why should I purchase shipping insurance?
A:
Shipping insurance provided by shipping carrier ensures full protection against damage, loss, etc. Please note: if you decline insurance most carriers such as UPS will ONLY insure a package for a flat rate of $99. For
Example: It costs exactly the same to ship $499 bedding as it costs to ship $5000 custom bedding. This is why it is so important to have your product insured for its full value. Shipping insurance is optional as offered by a 3rd party carrier but up most recommended. PremiumBedding.com is not liable for damaged or lost items by carriers if proper insurance is not purchased.
Q: How long are sales and specials available?
A:
While most specials and sales are advertised to be available while supplies last, all specials and sales are evaluated on a weekly basis. Premium Bedding reserves the right to withdraw and/or change any special or sale at anytime.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A:
Delivery times are indicated under each product listing. Some bedding ensembles ship within 2 business days some take 2-3 weeks while other 6-8 weeks. Some custom bedding may take longer depending on level of customization. Please refer to individual listing for delivery time or contact us at sales@premiumbedding.com
Q: Do you offer curtains or other matching products?
A:
We get new product on a daily basis, sometimes it takes a few weeks before we are able post them on our website but these items are available for immediate purchase. Please contact us if you are interested in matching products such as curtains, ottomans, footstools, pillows, throws, table runners, additional fabric and trimmings and others.
Q: Can you customize a product for me?
A:
Premium Bedding can customize most of the bedding collections for you. To place a custom order, you will need to email us the desired fabric and/or bedding collection information. After reviewing your email we will send you a custom worksheet to fill out. Once the custom worksheet is completed and emailed back to us our custom specialists will review the information provided to determine the price for each custom item. Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please email us with your custom inquiries.
Q: Can I order Swatches?
A:
Premium Bedding makes fabric samples available to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your décor. Color swatches are available for most of our collections. A credit card is required to process your request for samples, although charges will not be assessed if samples are returned within two weeks. After reviewing samples please return them back to us in the same condition as you received them. Due to high demand for our samples, Premium Bedding will charge a $49 for each sample set not returned to us within two weeks, also the same charges will apply to samples that come back to us damaged.
